Shipping Cost: All our products are shipped free of charge to the aforementioned countries, with no hidden fees

If you need shipping to a country not listed above, please Contact Us and we will try to accommodate your request as best as we can

Order Processing Times: Most orders are processed within 2 business days after placement

Shipping Times: Most orders are delivered within 5 and 8 business days after processing for all covered countries

This means the total time between 7 and 10 business days since placement. This may be faster depending on load and destinations, but we can not guarantee it

Tracking Your Order: When you place and order in thsm.art the following steps will take place in order to fulfill it

You will receive a mail from confirming your order, and within 4 business hours we will request the products from our printing partner WhiteWall, a German specialized photo lab, winner of TIPA Awards in different categories for several consecutive years

WhiteWall will print your products and ship them directly to you from their Germany facilities within the next 2 business days. At that time you will receive a shipment notification email including a link to track your order

Order Modification and Cancellation: If you want to cancel your order, please Contact Us within 4 business hours of placement, after that time the printing process would have begun making it harder to cancel it

If you want to modify the delivery address or any other aspect of your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible, the early we know about those changes the more likely is we can make them in time
