Damaged Items: We do our best to protect our products by careful packaging them and choosing only first class shipment partners but there is always a chance of something going wrong

If your product arrives with any damage, please take a few pictures and Contact Us, we will re-print and re-deliver it to you at no cost

30-Days Satisfaction Guarantee: If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our products you can return them within 30 days from the delivery date to obtain a full refund. Please see below for instructions

Refund Procedure

1.- Contact Us, indicating the order number and the items you are returning if not the whole order. Please use the provided Form since Returns requested by email will not be honored

2.- We will review the request and provide you with a Return ID that you might use later to request any update or ask any question during the process

3.- Ship the products to our offices, in the original packaging if possible, clearly stating the Return ID in the shipping order or some other place. You must pay for this shipment yourself

4.- Within 5 business days from the date of reception in our offices, we will issue a full refund of the returned products using whatever payment method was used in the original order
